Easy Exchanges
Didn’t get the right fit? No problem! You can request a free exchange within 60 days of delivery. We’ll help you find the ideal replacement without needing to browse the entire site again.
Store Credit Option
Prefer store credit? We’ve got you! Just return your item and we’ll issue credit you can use toward your next purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Prefer a refund? A $6 processing fee will be deducted from your refund total to help cover return handling—unless:
- You’re a Truekind Elite member (no fees, ever!).
- Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- if you choose store credit.
*Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Final Sale and Clearance items, and opened hygiene-sensitive products with incomplete packaging or signs of wear, cannot be returned or exchanged—unless they arrive defective or not as described.
- For international orders, refunds are processed in USD using the exchange rate at the time your return is handled.
- Items damaged due to normal wear or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
