How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?

Once we receive the item, it only takes 2 to 3 business days for your exchange or return to be processed.

For exchanges:

Upon confirmation that we got your returned item, you’ll receive your replacement order through your original shipping method. We will keep you posted on this every step of the way. 

For refunds:

It usually takes 5-10 business days for you to see the refund back in your account. If it’s not in your account after 10 business days, we highly suggest you contact your issuing bank immediately. Connect with us right away if your card issuer says that they don't see any refund.
