How do I request an Exchange or Return?
No worries! We’ve made the process quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to get started.
- Head to our Returns Portal to create your request
- Enter your Truekind Order Number and ZIP Code. (Need help?Find out how to locate your order number here.) If you're returning multiple items from the same order, please submit just one request for all of them.
- Once submitted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label (printable) or a QR code you can show at USPS or your local post office, along with detailed shipping instructions. Don’t forget to check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.
- After we confirm that your exchange items are on their way back to us, your new package will ship within 2–3 business days using your original shipping method.
Please note: Your item must be in its original condition with tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact. Final Sale items and opened hygiene-sensitive products can’t be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
