How do I request an EXCHANGE or Return?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
- Head to our RETURNS PORTAL to create your request
- Enter your Truekind Order Number (find it here) and Zip Code. If you are returning multiple items, submit one request for all items
- Once submitted, we'll send you a printable prepaid return label or a QR Code that can be presented to USPS or local post office and shipping instructions via email. Please don't forget to check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.
- Once we confirm that your exchange items are already in transit back to us, your new package will be shipped in 2-3 business days through your original shipping method.
Important Information for TV Show Partner Purchases
If you purchased your item through one of our TV Show partners, please reach out to us directly for returns or exchanges.
Simply send an email to info@truekind.com with your order number and request, and our team will assist you with the next steps.
