How do I request an EXCHANGE or Return?

It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Head to the RETURNS PAGE to create your return.
2. Enter your Truekind Order Number (find it here) and Zip Code. If you are returning multiple items, submit one request for all items
3. Once your request is submitted, we'll send you a printable prepaid return label or a QR Code that can be presented to USPS or local post office  and shipping instructions via email. Please don't forget to check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.
4. Once we confirm that your exchange items are already in transit back to us, your new package will be shipped in 2-3 business days through your original shipping method.
